Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company intends to adjourn the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") due to be held at 9.00am GMT on Thursday 17 December 2020 to 9.00am GMT on Thursday 24 December 2020. The Meeting will still be held at 35 Viceroy Court, Prince Albert Road, London, NW8 7PR, England.

In accordance with Israeli law, the Company is not required to issue a new Notice of AGM.

As previously stated, in light of the circumstances of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors will arrange for the quorum of one shareholder present in person or by proxy holding, in aggregate, at least 25% of the voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company to be physically present at the rescheduled AGM and no other shareholders will be allowed to attend in person.

In accordance with the above, to have their votes counted at the AGM, shareholders are urged to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy before 9.00am GMT on Tuesday 22 December 2020 and holders of depositary interests are urged to instruct Link Market Services Trustees (the "Depositary") to vote on their behalf before 9.00am GMT on Monday 21 December 2020.

Shareholders who have already submitted their proxy form and depositary interest holders who have already instructed the Depositary do not need to take further action and their votes will continue to be counted at the adjourned Meeting.

All other details of the AGM remain the same as those outlined in the Notice of AGM published on 5 November 2020 and available on the Company's website.
