ETFS Commodity Securities Limited announces that the meeting of Security Holders of the Natural Gas Micro Securities, ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities, ETFS All Commodities Index Securities, ETFS Energy Index Securities and ETFS Ex-Agriculture & Livestock Index Securities convened for 11.00 a.m. on 19 June 2015 was adjourned through lack of a quorum until 11.00 a.m. on 3 July 2015.

A circular convening the adjourned meeting has been posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
