ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities - meetings adjourned

Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 22 May 2015, the meetings of Security Holders of each relevant class of ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities convened for Friday 19 June 2015 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and, as specified in the notices of each meeting, will be held on Friday 3 July 2015 at the same place.

A copy of the circular incorporating the notices of the meetings can be obtained as specified in the announcement dated 22 May 2015.
