WisdomTree Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities - meetings adjourned

Further to the announcements made by WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 13 May 2020, the meetings of Security Holders of each relevant class of WisdomTree Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities convened for 10 June 2020 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and, as specified in the notices of each meeting, will be held on 18 June 2020 at the same place.

A copy of the circular incorporating the notices of the meetings can be obtained as specified in the announcement dated 13 May 2020.
