FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE COPPER RESOURCES CORP ("the Company") ADJOURNED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Copper Resources Corporation (AIM: CRC.L) (the "Company") announces that due to administrative reasons today's Annual General Meeting in the BVI has been adjourned to Wednesday 5th December 2007, to be held at the offices of Key 7 Capital, 46 River Road, Woodmead Ext 1, Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg, at 12pm (Johannesburg time) (10am London time).

Shareholders are reminded that for their proxy forms to be valid they must be received by the Company's registrars not less than 48 hours in advance of the time of holding the adjourned AGM.
