Additional Resolution for Annual General Meeting

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises that the Chairman intends to put the appointment of Tom Rowe as a director to the shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 March 2014.

The Board appointed Tom as a director on 3 March 2014 and in accordance with the Australian Corporations Act and the Company's Constitution he will retire as a director at the close of the Annual General Meeting, and being eligible, will offer himself for election at the Annual General Meeting. The Australian Corporations Act permits the business of an Annual General Meeting to include the election of a director even if not referred to in the notice of meeting.

Tom has been the Company Secretary for eServGlobal since April 2011 and is a practising solicitor. His bio is contained within eServGlobal's recent Annual Report.

If the resolution does not pass the Board will be required to appoint another Australian resident director immediately upon the close of the Annual General Meeting to ensure the Company complies with the requirement of the Australian Corporations Act to have two Australian resident directors at all times.
