Helphire Group PLC02 November 2005 07.00 Wednesday November 2nd 2005 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC ("Helphire" or the "Group") Application for Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of2,881,000 Helphire ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares") tobe admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading onthe London Stock Exchange upon issue. These shares may be allotted pursuant tothe exercise of options under the following schemes:- 1. Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 818,000 2.
