DS Smith Plc (the "Company")
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
These shares will rank parri passu with the existing shares in issue and will be allotted in accordance with the exercise of options under the rules of DS Smith Plc Executive Share Option Scheme.
