Blocklisting Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 230,000 ordinary shares of 10 53/66 pence each in Wolseley plc to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Wolseley Group Share Option Plan 2010. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Admission is expected to be effective on 16 December 2015.
