Additional Listing 

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have today been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 27 April 2009.
