Serabi Mining plc25 January 2006 Serabi Mining plc Additional Listing Serabi Mining plc ("Serabi" or "the Company") announces that 171,653 optionsover 10 pence ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have beenexercised at a price of 15p per share. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIMand it is expected for trading to commence at 8.00am on the 30th January 2006. These new Ordinary Shares will, when alloted and issued fully paid, rank paripassu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares now in issue.
