JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITEDAPPLICATION FOR BLOCK LISTING OF NEW SHARESJardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announced today that it had made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the standard listing segment of the Official List and a block listing of 584,371 new ordinary shares of US$0.25 each of the Company (the 'New Shares').
