AVEVA Group PLC14 July 2006 AVEVA GROUP PLC 14 July 2006 Additional Listing ------------------- Application has today been made for 395,950 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options byemployees. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing OrdinaryShares and dealings are expected to commence on 14 July 2006.
