Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme ("SEMP") December 2008 matching award and the SEMP December 2006, June 2007, December 2007, July 2008 and December 2008 nil paid awards application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 124,447 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 19 December 2013.
