These are shares whichhave been issued pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees of theCompany under the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme. Admission ofsuch shares is expected to occur on 3 March 2008. Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 162,655,589 ordinary shares with voting rights.
