Inchcape PLC03 June 2005 3 June 2005 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 95,000 Ordinary Shares of 150p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 7 June 2005 and admissionwill be effective on 8 June 2005. These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuantto the following plan/scheme: Plan/Scheme Shares The Inchcape SAYE Share Option Scheme 95,000 When issued these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
