Hilton Group PLC31 January 2006 Hilton Group plc Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of5,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to the Official Listand to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the conversion ofHilton Group Finance (Jersey) Limited £300m 3.375% guaranteed convertible bondsdue 2010.
