UBM plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 5 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.

These Ordinary Shares are being issued in connection with, and immediately prior to, the proposed share consolidation to ensure that the number of existing Ordinary Shares is exactly divisible by 9 (to avoid a share fraction on consolidation).
