ADDITIONAL LISTING
Auto Trader Group plc ('the Company') hereby notifies the market that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 19 February 2016 and that trading will commence on 22 February 2016.
These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the award of shares pursuant to the Auto Trader Group plc Savings Related Share Option (UK) and Auto Trader Group plc Irish Savings Related Share Option Plan.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
