Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has today issued and allotted 932,920 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") in order to satisfy the exercise of certain options.

The New Shares will be issued to Mrs L. Drucker, beneficiary of the estate of Roy Drucker, former Development Director of the Company.

Application has been made to admit the New Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence on 10 June 2011. Following admission of the New Shares the number of ordinary shares in issue in the Company will be 138,126,467.

The above figure (138,126,467 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, e-Therapeutics plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
