Serabi Mining plc27 February 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING Serabi Mining plc ("Serabi" or "the Company") announces that 71,653 options over10 pence ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have been exercisedat a price of 15 pence per share. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIMand it is expected for trading to commence at 8.00am on the 28th February 2007.
