Share Dividend Plan Listing Application
Application has been made for the listing of 739,205 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each fully paid ("shares") to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of the shares with the London Stock Exchange. Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur on Friday 5 October 2012. This application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
A copy of the document dated 31 August 2012 regarding the Share Dividend Plan was submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in August 2012 and is available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
