GB Group PLC17 March 2005 GB Group Plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options and Additional Listing The Company announces today that two former employees and one current employeeof the Company have exercised options over a total of 45,000 ordinary shares of2.5p each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Executive Share OptionScheme. The exercise prices of the options are as follows: 30,000 shares at 8.45 pence per share;10,000 shares at 19.5 pence per share; and5,000 shares at 30 pence per share. Accordingly, an application has been made for 45,000 new Shares to be admittedto the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities and dealings are expected to commence on 22 March2005.
