Tribal Group PLC20 September 2005 Tribal Group plc 20 September 2005 Tribal Group plc Application has been made today for the admission of 139, 313 new ordinaryshares of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the OfficialList of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. New Tribal shares are issued pursuant to earn-out arrangements in respect of theacquisition of the Tribal Resourcing Limited (formerly Tribal GWT GroupLimited), announced in August 2001. Save as set out above, there has been no significant change affecting thematters contained in the earlier announcements and no other significant matterhas arisen in respect of this acquisition which would require furtherannouncement. The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 23 September2005.
