Additional Listing

JUST EAT plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a Block listing of 92,853 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

The Block listing consists of 92,853 Shares to be issued as and when exercised in relation to existing awards under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Scheme. When issued, the Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on the 23 June 2016.
