Bango PLC27 October 2005 27 October 2005 Bango Plc Additional Listing Bango Plc announces that 222,764 new Ordinary Shares of 20p each ("New OrdinaryShares") have been issued and allotted following an exercise of warrants andemployee options. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New OrdinaryShares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to beadmitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 2November 2005.
