Application has been made to AIM for admission of 45,859 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to issue of shares under the Company's SAYE scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 12 August 2008
