Halfords Group PLC14 February 2005 Halfords Group Plc (the "Company") Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to trade onthe London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
