Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC18 January 2005 Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that 1,138 options were exercised by oneemployee of the Company on 14th January 2005 under the Company's SAYE scheme.The options were exercised at an exercise price of 68p per ordinary share. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesin the Company. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24th January2005. The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue is 24,339,174ordinary shares of 25p each.
