Numis Corporation PLC18 February 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") Share options The Board of Numis announces that, on 17 February 2005, it approved the issueand allotment of 50,000 (0.05%) Numis shares to the Numis Employee Share Trustat a price of 43.3p per share. This follows the surrender of options over 50,000 Numis shares and the grant ofoptions over 50,000 Numis shares held by the Trust on the same terms, as follow: Number of options over Subscription price Latest exercise date Numis shares 50,000 43.3p 15 August 2011 The new Numis shares will rank pari passu with all existing Numis shares.Application will be made for admission of the new Numis shares to trading on theAlternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings areexpected to commence on 24 February 2005.
