EXPERIAN GROUP LIMITED
ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 440,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 19 May 2008 and that trading will commence on 20 May 2008.
These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued as a result of the exercise of options or the award of shares pursuant to the following schemes and plans:
