Persimmon PLC09 May 2006 A block listing application has been made for 65,173 ordinary shares of 10p eachin the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fullypaid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinaryshares of the Company.
