The fullamended text of the announcement is given below. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for the block listing of 125,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company. These shares, which rank pari passuwith the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued from time to timepursuant to the award over 125,000 shares made to Dr David Price on 7 April 2005under the Restricted Share Award. It is expected that admission will becomeeffective on 31 March 2006.
