St Ives plc - Additional listing

Further to the announcement on 1 May 2014 relating to the acquisition of The Health Hive Group Limited, St Ives plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of a further 1,036,985 ordinary shares of 10p each to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement

between the Company and the vendors of The Health Hive Group Limited and rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will be granted and trading will commence on 16 April 2015.
