Tribal Group PLC01 August 2005 Tribal Group plc 1 August 2005 Tribal Group plc Application has been made today for the admission of 30,600 new ordinary sharesof 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List ofthe UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The New Tribal Shares have been issued by way of redemption of loan notes issuedin respect of the acquisition of shares detailed below. Acquisition Number of shares Tribal Technology Limited (acquisition of minority equity interests) 30,600- partial redemption of loan notes issued as consideration on 29 July2005 pursuant to acquisition announced on 24 May 2005 The above acquisition and the subsequent issue of loan notes were announced asindicated above. Save as set out above, there has been no significant changeaffecting the matters contained in the earlier announcements and no othersignificant matter has arisen in respect of this acquisition which would requirefurther announcement. The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 4 August 2005.
