Yoomedia PLC25 August 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 24 August 2006 that Highbridge Capital Management,LLC, have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 2,453,987 ordinary shares at1.63p per share. The service of the Loan Notice was in accordance with the termsof the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006. Application has been made for the ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM andadmission is expected to be on 1 September 2006.
