Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) the Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Scheme ("SEMP") December 2006, the SEMP June 2007 and the SEMP December 2007, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 27,743 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 30th April 2012.
