Land Securities Group Plc08 March 2007 Land Securities Group PLC -------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 450,261 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 12 March 2007 and trading willcommence on 13 March 2007. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe Land Securities Savings Related Share Option Scheme (144,012 shares) and theLand Securities Executive Share Option Scheme (306,249 shares).
