Polar Capital Holdings PLC17 December 2007 17 December 2007 Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for the admission of an additional 80,000 shares of2.5p each in the capital of Polar Capital to trading on AIM. The shares will beissued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingissued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being allotted inconnection with the exercise of the options under the Company's employee optionscheme.
