Additional Listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 15,971 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"). Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 25 January 2013.

The Ordinary Shares are being issued to certain members of senior management pursuant to the Alternative Networks plc 2010 Bonus Banking Plan, the 3rd year of which vested on 30 September 2012. They will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
