ATA Group PLC07 January 2005 ATA Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares arebeing issued following an exercise of share options by an employee of the Company.
