Additional Listing

Ladbrokes plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted under the Ladbrokes plc 2010 Share Award Plan.

The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to commence on 10 July 2015.
