Low & Bonar PLC03 October 2007 3 October 2007 LOW & BONAR PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company Announces that it has issued 286,832 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence('new ordinary shares') following maturity of Options held under the Low & Bonar1997 Sharesave scheme. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares of the company. The Company's issued share capital consists now of 153,923,166 ordinary shareswith voting rights and £100,000 6 per cent first cumulative preference stock,£100,000 6 per cent second cumulative preference stock and £200,000 5.5 per centthird cumulative preference stock (the 'preference stock'). Provided thatpreference dividends remain paid in accordance with the Company's Articles ofAssociation, the preference stock do not carry voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number ofvoting rights in the Company is therefore 153,923,166.
