ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for conversion of Convertible Bonds into 6,668,322 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

The admission is expected on 26 June 2017.

This application has been made following conversion of some of the £89,900,000 2.50 percent Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2018 issued by Unite Jersey Issuer Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
