SOCO International plc

("SOCO" or "the Company")

ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Company has made application for an additional listing of 300,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the 1997 SOCO International plc Company Share Option Plan. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.
