Renold PLC31 January 2006 Renold plc Additional listing The Company has applied for a block listing in respect of 1,000,000 ordinaryshares. 500,000 ordinary shares are in respect of the Executive Share OptionScheme and 500,000 ordinary shares are in respect of the Savings Related ShareOption Scheme.
