Application has been made for 700,000 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the conversion of 700,000 B shares of 1 penny each to Ordinary shares of 1 penny each.

It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary share capital of the Company will commence on 7 November 2012.
