A listing application has been made today by the Company for 1,085,583 ordinaryshares of 5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List ofthe UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Theshares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects withthe existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. This figure representsshares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants on the 25 January 2013 thatwere issued to the Company's lenders as part of the refinancing of bankfacilities in 2009.

Following the issue of 1,085,583 ordinary shares and their admission totrading, the Company has 1,437,757,877 ordinary shares of 5 pence each inissue, representing a total ordinary share capital of £71,887,893.85 The votingrights attached to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share,representing total voting rights of 1,437,757,877. There are no shares held intreasury.

This figure (1,437,757,877) may be used by shareholders (and others withnotification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which theywill determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
