Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Approved Share Option Scheme, May 2006 award and the Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme ("SEMP") June 2007, December 2007, July 2008 and December 2008 nil paid award and the SEMP December 2008 matching option award, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 237,515 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 15 January 2014.
