Quintain Estates & Development PLC25 January 2005 Application has been made to the UKLA Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 240,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to beadmitted as follows: 200,000 in connection with the 1996 Executive Share Option(No 2) Scheme and 40,000 pursuant to the 1996 Approved Executive Share OptionScheme.
